All returns are handled on a case by case basis. The customer must initiate the return by contacting Yants Snack Foods via email or phone.

Please include a complete description of the reason for the return and the merchandise affected. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number, which will be provided after receipt of appropriate documentation.

Merchandise must be in original factory packaging and be in new, resaleable condition. Opened packages will not be accepted for return unless the item is found defective.

Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid. Return of non-defective merchandise may be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
